Garuda Migration is a migration and education agency in Sydney dedicated to assisting international students achieve permanent residency in Australia.  We create a tailored migration plan that suits our clients’ education background and employment history. All our migration agents are well trained and registered with the Office of Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA). In addition, the actions of our migration agents are guided by the migration agent’s Code of Conduct. It holds us accountable for our professional conduct and ensures that our migration agents provide competent and ethical immigration assistance and advice to our clients. 

Code of Conduct

The governing body for all Migration Law Consultants and Migration Agents is the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA). MARA registers Migration Agents and oversees all interactions between migrants and their chosen Australian migration agents. MARA makes sure that registered migration agents understand their responsibilities and that they abide by the official Code of Conduct.

All registered migration agents must follow strict guidelines and ensure that they have up-to-date knowledge of the Migration Act and Migration Regulations in order to provide accurate and timely advice to intending or current migrants. Migration Agents must also clearly display the official Code of Conduct information in their place of business so that it can be referenced whenever necessary.

As required by Australian Law, Oyuna Bordukh is a Registered Migration Agent with MARA. As a Registered Agent, Oyuna is permitted to conduct services for migrants and offer them advice. Being certified not only provides assurance that Oyuna is qualified to practise, but also that she acts with integrity and honesty and is competent in providing personalised service. Above all else, Oyuna prides herself on her ethics, values and professionalism when interacting with clients and their potential employers.
