Australia has thousands of study institutions and there are multiple ways to come to one of these institutions. Students often come to Australia for their undergraduate or postgraduate studies. However, they can also come for student exchange, English language courses, or for Technical and Further Education (TAFE). Education Services

The Garuda Migration team provides international students with a personalized service. Our job is to help them feel welcome and ease the stress of arriving in a new country. Our agents have had experience studying in Australia and can share their experiences with our students.

We provide students with detailed and specialized information so that they better understand their options and make informed decision about their study experience. At Garuda Migration, we are committed to maintain up to date knowledge on education service providers and courses they offer.

The education advice and counseling services include:

• Provide specific knowledge base on the Australian education system to ensure the students understand what to expect from the chosen course
• Assist students to identify the best institution and course for their future career, based on their individual circumstances
• Liaise with the university or college they have chosen on the process of obtaining a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE)

We also provide the following services as a part of edication advice and counselling services:

a) Visa processing & health cover arrangement

Without an appropriate visa the students cannot arrive in Australia, and Australia has more stringent visa rules especially for those arriving from high-risk immigration countries. Our experienced migration agents navigate these complex rules so the student is assured the success of obtaining the visa.  As apart of the visa services, we will arrange to obtain the required adequate health care insurance for the student and their family.

b) Airport pickup

We will arrange an airport pickup service, regardless of whether the student arrives during the day or night. The airport reception will be guaranteed when the student sends us the confirmed flight details at least 24 hours prior to landing.

c) Accommodation placement

Finding an affordable, yet suitable accommodation can be quite a challenge. We assist you to think through accommodation options and decide what is the most suitable - whether it is homestay with a local family, student dormitory on campus, a share house with friends or a temporary place. Each of the choices has own advantages and drawbacks.  If necessary, we will inspect the place prior the student’s arrival so that they do not make a wrong choice.

d) On location and local support

Arriving in a foreign country to spend a longer period of time will bring excitement as well as surprise (culture shock). To help students to experience more excitement and less frustration during the initial weeks, we provide information on public transport, school program for dependent family members, opening a bank account, obtaining a Tax File Number, choosing an affordable mobile phone service and etc.
